Terms and Conditions

These terms govern your use of the Ananda platform (anandastudio.app), operated by Ananda Studio Management.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Ananda platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. The Service

Ananda provides a studio management platform for yoga and wellness studios, including class scheduling, booking management, payment processing, and integrations with third-party services (Stripe, PayPal, Zoom).

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• Studio owners are responsible for all activity under their account, including their students' data
• You must be at least 18 years old to create a studio account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials

4. Subscriptions and Payment

• Studio accounts require a paid subscription (plans listed at anandastudio.app/platform/pricing)
• Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges.
• Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time from your account settings.
• No refunds for partial months unless required by applicable law.

5. Zoom Integration

When you enable the Zoom integration, you authorise Ananda to:

• Create Zoom meetings on behalf of your account for scheduled online/hybrid classes
• Delete Zoom meetings when classes are cancelled
• Store Zoom meeting IDs and join URLs to send to booked students

You remain responsible for your Zoom account and compliance with Zoom's Terms of Service. Ananda is not responsible for Zoom service outages or limitations.

6. Student Data

As a studio owner, you are the data controller for your students' personal data. You are responsible for obtaining any necessary consent from students and complying with applicable data protection laws (including GDPR).

7. Acceptable Use

You must not:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Send spam or unsolicited communications to students
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the platform
• Resell access to the platform without written permission
• Upload content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes intellectual property rights

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ananda Studio Management shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for downtime beyond our control.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data is retained for 90 days then permanently deleted.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Italy.
