Student Terms

1. Who These Terms Apply To

These terms apply to students and members who book classes, appointments, or purchase products through any studio powered by the Ananda platform. By creating an account or making a booking, you agree to these terms.

2. Your Account

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account
  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, or have parental/guardian consent
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account

3. Booking and Payments

  • When you book a class or appointment, you authorise the studio to charge your payment method
  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe or PayPal — your card details are never stored by Ananda
  • Cancellation policies are set by each individual studio — please check the studio's policy before booking
  • Ananda is not responsible for individual studio cancellation or refund policies

4. The Studio's Responsibility

Each studio using the Ananda platform is an independent business. The studio (not Ananda) is responsible for:

  • The quality and delivery of classes and services
  • Class schedules, cancellations, and rescheduling
  • Refund policies and processing refunds
  • Customer service and resolving complaints about classes
  • Health and safety during in-person classes

5. Ananda's Role

Ananda provides the technology platform that studios use to manage bookings and payments. We are the technology provider, not the service provider. This means:

  • Disputes about classes, instructors, or services should be directed to the studio
  • Refund requests should be made to the studio according to their refund policy
  • Ananda will assist with technical issues related to the platform itself

6. Your Data

For information about how your personal data is collected, used, and protected, please see our Privacy Policy .

The studio you book with is also a data controller for your booking information and may have their own privacy policy.

7. Acceptable Use

When using the platform, you must not:

  • Create fake accounts or impersonate others
  • Abuse the booking system (e.g., repeatedly booking and cancelling)
  • Initiate charge-backs for services you received
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose

8. Termination

Studios or Ananda may suspend or terminate your access to the platform if you breach these terms. You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting the studio or our support team .

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Italy.
